The Mukhyamantri Mahila Udyamita Abhiyan – Nogoria is a flagship initiative by the Government of Assam aimed at promoting entrepreneurship among urban women, particularly those associated with Self-Help Groups (SHGs). The scheme provides direct seed funding to help women launch or expand micro-enterprises, bolstering economic independence and empowerment.

Seed Capital Grant
₹10,000 credited directly to the bank account of each eligible woman SHG member.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the scheme, candidates must:
Be an active SHG member registered under ASULMS.
Hold an Aadhaar-linked savings bank account.
Not have defaulted with SHGs, banks, or other financial institutions.
Be engaged in at least one income-generating activity and have a ready business plan.
